As the daughter of an oceanographic researcher I learned an appreciation of nature and wildlife at a young age. I started photographing nature and scenery that I found enduring, fascinating, amusing and beautiful.

I love to “grab” a moment in time and share it on film or digital image, in hopes it will bring someone a smile, the way it did for me. I have been blessed to photograph nature in Northern Idaho and Priest Lake since the 1970’s.
